Foster Care & Parental Visitation Support

At Touching Hearts Family Centre, we understand the emotional challenges families face when navigating the foster care system. Our Foster Care & Parental Visitation Support services are designed to promote healthy, safe connections between children and their parents or caregivers — no matter the circumstances.

We work with primarily with FVACFSS – Xyolhemeylh and also with Ministry of Children and Family Development, offering a respectful space for parental visitation, including reunification planning and structured sessions for children in care.

 

 

We offer a variety of foster care support services to help children maintain meaningful relationships with their birth families while in care. Whether you're a foster parent, a biological parent, or a caseworker, our team is here to support your journey with professionalism, empathy, and structure.

Many of our families are navigating complex legal and emotional challenges. We provide consistent, respectful supervision to help rebuild trust and foster healthy communication during supervised parenting time.

We are committed to family preservation and reunification whenever possible. Our reunification support services are built on consistent contact, positive reinforcement, and collaborative planning with family teams. From Chilliwack to Abbotsford, Mission, and Hope, we offer supportive visitation environments that encourage connection and growth.
